Knova answers only from the documents you give it, and every answer carries a citation to the passage it came from. If there is no supporting source, it says so rather than guessing. That means a wrong answer is visible, traceable to a specific document, and fixed by fixing the document.
In the EU — our infrastructure runs in Ireland, and your documents are not replicated outside it. Each organisation's documents sit in a separate, controlled environment, encrypted in transit and at rest, and your content is never used to train public models. Administrators can permanently delete any document or remove any user, and those actions are recorded in an audit log. Configurable retention periods are not built yet; tell us if you need them and we will scope it with you.
You supply the documents; we handle ingestion. A typical rollout runs about 30 days end to end, including access setup and user onboarding. There is no infrastructure for your team to run and nothing to install on user devices.
